We are looking for an experienced software developer to join its growing R&D Group. This position reports to DriveU.auto’s head of software.
Responsibilities:
- Design, code, test, implement and integrate new components and technologies into DriveU.auto’s product
- Support software QA and optimize performance
- Provide post deployment support when necessary
- Analyze, monitor and improve efficiency and stability of the system
Requirements:
- Experience of 5+ years
- ‘Get the job done’ / ‘Make it happen’ person
- Critical thinker and hands-on problem-solving skills
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
- Self-starter, quick learner, team player
- Previous startup work experience, preferably in the auto-tech space – a big advantage
Preferred Background:
- Hands-on work experience in Linux and C++
- Experience with video technologies – encoding, decoding, transport, familiarity with HEVC/ H265
- Experience developing embedded software products
- Knowledge of different IP protocols, interfaces and hardware subsystems
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Computer Engineering / Computer Science or related field
